The open backed setting highlights the gemstone from all angles while the engraving on the top of the ring gives it a certain playfulness.
Handmade in 18kt yellow gold and set with a 0.64ct trillion cut pink sapphire.

The 18 ct white gold ring has 19 1.2mm diamonds pavé set into the top and if you look closely you can see an additional 4 small diamonds set into the side on the underneath.
