All of Isabelle’s jewellery is handmade in her London workshop, where she also does all diamond and gemstone setting.

Isabelle makes jewellery from sterling silver, all gold colours and carats, palladium and platinum, using diamonds, all precious stones and semi-precious stones.

Isabelle only uses materials sourced from reputable suppliers and will never knowingly use conflict diamonds.

All jewellery is hallmarked in the UK. If you are interested in fair trade and fair mined materials, these can be sourced and standard hallmarking laws will apply.

Your piece of jewellery is handmade and crafted to last. To keep it in the best possible condition, have it checked annually. This is a free service Isabelle Capitain Handmade Jewellery offers with any of her own designs and bespoke pieces.

If you would like to give your piece a little clean at home, it is advisable to use warm, soapy water and a very soft toothbrush. Soak the piece for a little while and then gently brush away any dirt with the toothbrush.

Where possible, avoid wear and tear on your piece of fine jewellery by taking it off when doing any heavy manual labour, gardening, lifting weights at the gym or similar activities.

Porous gemstones and pearls should be protected by avoiding direct contact with harsh chemicals, perfume or body lotion.

Isabelle Capitain Handmade Jewellery strongly recommends storing your jewellery in individual boxes or pouches and keeping pearls from long exposure to direct sunlight.

Jewellery that has been ordered online can be returned for credit or an exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unworn and not marked in any way. This excludes bespoke items.

Deposits paid for commissioned items are non-refundable.

All items remain the property of Isabelle Capitain Handmade Jewellery until payment in full is received.

Any outstanding balances and payments on bespoke or commissioned items must be paid in full within 14 days from notification given by Isabelle Capitain Handmade Jewellery.
